Bendigo Mosque: A cause for celebration for right-wing outsiders

The Sydney Morning Herald reports on the outrage surrounding the proposed Mosque in Bendigo, and the harrassment being faced by those in the community who advocate for it. The report cites The Online Hate Prevention Institute’s article which revealed that, of people posting on the Stop the Mosque in Bendigo Facebook page, only 3 per cent were from Bendigo, with 59 per cent from other states or territories, mostly Queensland. The report also shows that thirteen per cent came from overseas.
