This survey is being carried out by the Online Hate Prevention Institute as part of the European Conference of Public Prosecution Services on Antisemitism. Results will be presented at the conference and compiled into a report.

Who should complete this survey: Each prosecution service (in Europe or beyond) that has completed the jurisdictional survey should also have one prosecutor make a submission to this survey. Where a country has multiple prosecution services, each of them may seperately complete the two surveys. This survey is anonymous (both regarding participants and their jurisdiction) and collates opinions. No personal information is collected.

Impact of participation: Completing this survey will allow a more productive ECPPSA conference but will not otherwise benefit those who complete it. We do not believe participation will cause any harm or discomfort.
